Cathy and Lester are a married couple who
have been with HEW since the early days
We attend the vigils
on a purely voluntary basis, as we see this as an ideal way of
pursuing our paranormal interests, whilst giving support to HEW
on some very interesting vigil.
We both believe everyone has the right to there own beliefs and
nothing be forced upon another person.
170A little about Lester:
Aged 55 yrs, Ex Services. My interests also include Psychology
and painting- Acrylics/watercolours. I enjoy doing the filming
on the night at the vigils and over the years have witnessed
many unexplained happenings. I am a total believer in the
paranormal.
170A little about Cathy:
I am 48 yrs, unfortunately I
cannot attend all the vigils due to family commitments. I enjoy
the vigils when I do get the chance to attend. I am a total
believer in the paranormal and have had many experiences, which
started after I was in an almost fatal accident, in which my
life expired for a short time. On being revived this world held
a different view for me.

Sean, I am 24 years old, and the youngest member of the team.
I have many interests, but most of which revolve around
spiritualism or magic.
I have been working with spirit for around five or six years
now, and am still
learning, I am aware of sprit energy around me but dislike the
names commonly
associated with this form of work, as I feel this to segregate
others, as I feel it is not a gift
but something everyone is capable of, given a bit of time and
the right outlook..
I am happily married, and love to spend time with my wife who I
adore.
When I am not reading, writing or on the PC, I watch a lot
of DVD movies, of which a
good horror or comedy is my favourite genre.
Hi I'm Alan, I'm happily married to Mary, we
have two children Gethin 12 and Arwel 10.
I was born and bred on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey. I am a
builder by trade and have been so since leaving school.
I am the joker of the pack and enjoy nothing better than getting
together with friends and having a few jars.
I started working with spirit about 14 months ago when myself
and two friends took part in a charity night for the Meningitis
Trust. After that I became a member of the HEW team! and have
been for over 12 months now!
I enjoy working with my Pendulum and the Dowsing Rods whenever I
get the chance.

Hiya, I'm Ali 35 years young, married with a young son. Ex-RAF
full-time Mum, studying part-time Advanced Diploma in
Psychotherapy & Counselling. I have a Diploma in Hypnotherapy,
and am also a Reiki Practitioner.
Have been interested in the paranormal from a very early age but
wasn't aware I had psychic abilities until I started to develop
them early last year.
A christmas present from my husband last year was a night at
Beaumaris Gaol! Yes I know, most wives would like a nice piece
of jewellery!! But since then I've been literally hooked!! I
have experienced many unexplained things at the Goal and have
even seen a spirit running past me!
Unfortunately because of where I live, I don't get to attend as
many vigils as I would like to.
Hi, My Name is Dave, Im 33 years old, am very happily married
and have four lovely children whom I adore.
I work as a community staff nurse with terminally ill children
at present, and have been in the nursing profession for over 15
years. My wife and I are also Foster Carers for our Local
Authority… we have fostered numerous children over the years and
have taken great personal satisfaction from this.
For as long as I can remember, I have been able to communicate
with Spirit, but in all honesty have fought this for many, many
years.
It is only when I first met up with Hew at a vigil at Ruthin
Gaol in July 2007, did I open back up to the world of Spirit
once more in a full sense…
Since then, my development has evolved rapidly as I have began
to fine tune communication with the other side.
My knowledge and understanding has evolved in a natural way and
has not been guided through any organisational methods… I
believe myself to be a very sincere and genuine person, and feel
very privileged to call the HEW team my friends.

Hi All my name is Islwyn I'm also known as Izzy. I am 26 years
old, but don't look a day over 60!!! I live with my Fiancée
Sian, we have 4 children Ffion, Sion, Cerys and Tomos!
During the day I work at a Special Needs School on Anglesey
where I have been working for the past 8 years!
I can be a bit of a joker at times but take all communication
with spirit very seriously!
I started working with spirit about 14 months ago when Myself,
Alan and another friend took part in a Charity Night for the
Meningitis Trust. I became a member of the HEW team about 12
months ago and have loved every min of it!
I feel I have progressed quickly in my communication with
spirit, feeling confident to pass on information with the
occasional readings.
All the HEW team are like an extended part of the family.

Hi, Im Nerys. I live with my partner Robbie and our three
children.
My first language is Welsh, but I speak fluent English.
I live and work in Anglesey.
I love to spend time with my family and friends, but I am quiet
and quite shy until you get to know me.
I was introduced to Mark and Michelle in 2006, soon after I was
invite to join HEW.
I have been interested in the paranormal for many years, so this
has helped me to expand my understanding and knowledge.
One of my passions is working with Angels. I believe I have seen
my Guardian Angel on a few occasions, once being given the
opportunity to photograph her.
I intend to progress with my personal development, with
communicating with spirit, as it brings so much joy to myself
and others when I am able to pass on information from their
loved ones.

My name is Sean, I am the youngest member of the team, but dont
let that fool you!
Im happily married to Shell, who is among many things, my rock
as well as my muse.
Im an energetic and lovable character, (well so I keep getting
told, which I assume means Im a bit weird and wild) and have
worked with spirit now for around - well it actually feels like
a lifetime, and I have dedicated most of my spare time into
personal development. I suppose the areas Im most comfortable
working are either with a deck of tarot cards, (used for
meditation more than readings) or a scrying mirror. Im a firm
believer in the spiritual evolution of man, and feel that this
form of development is the next stage in our evolutionary path.
from ape to man to being able to comprehend that most painful of
questions, what is the meaning of life and what comes after.
I really love Hermetic philosophy and spend far to much time
reading obscure books on the western traditions, including The
Golden Dawn, Qabalah and even to a lesser degree Freemasonry.
My other great vice is magic, with me having a deep interest in
all things ceremonial, from Enochian to the works of Uncle Al,
and his take on Thelema, although I dont actually practice any
set system I prefer to mix and match and seem to be finding a
little niche in which Im comfortable, the only questionable
thing now is my sanity and as I always say, if Im sane enough to
question it Im not quite on the other side yet.
If you want to know anything else about me, just ask. I welcome
healthy debate, there is always something to learn from talking
to others.
