Terms & Conditions

1) The minimum age for participants at events is 18 years. 
2) Some of our venues are semi-disabled friendly (please check before booking). 
3) We only allow mixed sex bookings of groups of four or more. 
4) We do not allow Alcohol/Recreational drugs, if you are found to be under the influence or in possession of either you will be asked to leave (you will forfeit any refund).
5) Smoking is not permitted within any of the buildings. There will be a designated site outside (no shelter is provided).
6) Aggressive or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. If you are deemed to behave in a manner that is offensive or aggressive to another guest or member of staff you will be asked to leave the event (you will forfeit any refund). 
7) You are required to bring...
a) Adequate warm clothing (some venue’s have no heating) 
b) A torch for your own safety (spare batteries). 
c) Soft soled shoes (e.g. trainers).  
d) Note book, pen/pencils (optional, but recommended for taking notes)
e) Sleeping bag (optional if you need to sleep during the night)
8) There will be areas that are not assessable to our group, they will be locked and or roped/taped off areas, if your not sure please ask. 
9) We ask that you respect the buildings and the displays , as these are historical sites with some original features and paraphernalia.
10) Haunted Expeditions Wales are not responsible for your personal belongings. All clothing, equipment, camera’s etc are your responsibility we will not be held liable for any loss theft or damage how ever caused. 
11) Think before booking, will you need accommodation, to rest after the event? Driving while tired Kills. We do not accept any responsibility for any accidents or incidents caused following the event. 
12) You are staying at the event at your own risk, we accept not liability for any accident or injury to yourselves, however caused. Accidents/incidents do happen, and all guests should preferably have their own public liability insurance, as our insures have indicated that our public liability policies may not cover you during your visit to the event, as it is outside our normal public access categories. 
13) By agreeing to these terms and conditions you further indemnify the organisers/promoters from and against all legal liability in respect of any costs, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, demands, penalties, losses, suits or expenses in respect of/or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or damage to any property arising from your participation in the event. 
14) We can make no guarantee’s of paranormal activity. Haunted Expeditions Wales provides this service for entertainment purposes only.
15) If we cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances Haunted Expeditions Wales will make every effort to ensure a full prompt refund. If the event is rescheduled, you will first, be given the option of a priority booking at the next available event.
16) All bookings made with Haunted Expeditions Wales, means that you have read, understood and agree to our terms and conditions.
17) These conditions and any contract into which they are incorporated shall be subject to English and Welsh Law. 
18) We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. We do our best to notify you of any major changes to these terms and conditions.
